Vertical brick features combined with rendered walls and wood detailing make a unique statement on the street elevation. A skillion roof to the second floor units further enhances the street appearance.

The resultant architectural statement is a building reflecting the elements synonymous with the architectural icon Frank Lloyd Wright.
